What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), the resort and share you choose, payment records, and — only when you proceed to own — identity information required by law (PAN, and where applicable Aadhaar-based verification) and your e-signature.
How we use it
To create and manage your ownership: process your booking and monthly instalments, run the legally required identity check, prepare and register your agreement, service your benefits, and contact you about your plan. We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to deliver the above — our payment gateway (for collection and auto-debit), our KYC/e-sign provider (for the identity check and signature), and infrastructure providers that host the platform. Each processes your data under contract and only for these purposes. We may disclose information where required by law or regulation.
Storage & security
Data is stored on secured, access-controlled infrastructure. Identity documents are held in restricted storage and shown to you only in masked form. Access is limited to the team members who need it to service your ownership.
Your rights
You can access and correct your account information, and request deletion of data we are not legally required to retain (for example, records tied to a registered agreement or statutory KYC must be kept for the periods the law prescribes). Contact us to exercise these rights.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and the site working. We do not use advertising trackers.
